3 Displaced From Home After 2-Alarm Fire In North Haven
The fire happened Tuesday morning in North Haven.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — Three people were displaced from their home after a two-alarm fire Tuesday morning in North Haven, according to fire officials.
Crews were dispatched to the area of Cloudland Road and Beach Lane around 10:15 a.m. after multiple callers reported a house fire, according to officials. The location was determined to be a single-family house.
“E9 assigned to the Montowese station arrived on scene within 3 minutes and began an aggressive attack on the fire,” officials wrote in a post on the North Haven Fire Department’s Facebook page. “A second alarm was transmitted bringing all North Haven FD apparatus to the scene including assistance from the East Haven FD to the scene. Town coverage was provided by New Haven FD and Hamden FD.

“No occupants were home at the time of the fire and a total of three individuals were displaced from their home. Red Cross requested to the scene. The incident is being investigated by the North Haven Fire Department.”
