Dairy Queen Celebrating Miracle Treat Day 2017

Participating DQ stores will donate $1 or more from every Blizzard sold on July 27 to local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Dairy Queen is celebrating its annual Miracle Treat Day on Thursday, July 27 and $1 or more from every Blizzard Treat purchased at participating DQ stores will be donated to local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals to help children in need. Since 1984, DQ and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals have been partnered to provide life-saving treatments to kids across the U.S. and Canada.

To date, more than $125 million has been raised through donations from DQ Franchisees, Fans and the corporate office, all of which stays local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care, according to its website.

Miracle Treat Day has been celebrated by DQ for more than 10 years and in 2016 over $4 million was donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across the United States and Canada. These donations help provide support for over 32 million patient visits each year to local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, according to DQ.
