On July 26th, The Daytime Gardeners of North Haven will host a Designing Small Arrangements Workshop at the North Haven Rec Center on 7 Linsley Street.
This hands on workshop will be led by Helen Nado, one of our founding club members and Connecticut Federation Flower Show Judge. Helen will demonstrate how to make a small arrangement and each participant will create their own arrangement.
Your foliage and flowers can be altered and trimmed to size. Your container can be a small vase, plastic top from spray can, or even a piece of pipe. Remember the overall height of your arrangement including container and plant material, will be 5 to 8 inches. Think Small!!!
In addition to your plant material and container, please bring clippers or scissors. The program will begin at 11:00AM. Guest registration: $5.00.
