Students will learn beginning cake decorating skills including preparing the cake for icing, making frosting, using various tips to decorate, and forming basic flowers. Instructor: Patty McGovern.
Registration is required and begins on Friday, December 30 at 10 a.m. for residents and Friday, January 6 at 10 a.m. for non-residents.
