Forrest Yoga

Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires that you bring a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly. 

Beginners to Forrest Yoga learn to breathe deeply and connect in feeling with their bodies during poses that are typically held for 5-10 breaths.  Neely Kelley’s passion is to teach Forrest Yoga to others so they can experience this empowering and healing yoga.  Please bring a yoga mat.
