Evading Driver Crashed Into Store, Gets Arrested: North Haven Police
The driver is accused of crashing into the store during business hours and then leaving the scene, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — An evading driver has been charged in connection with a crash into a store last month in North Haven, according to police.
Adam Marin, 24, of North Haven, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant in connection with the Aug. 19 crash on Universal Drive.
Police said Marin is accused of driving a vehicle that struck the Madrag clothing store during business hours and then left the scene. The store sustained significant damage in the crash, according to police.

Marin was charged with breach of peace, evading responsibility, reckless driving, criminal mischief, improper use of marker plate / registration, and failure to renew registration, according to police.
Police said Marin was released with a pending court date in Meriden Superior Court.
