Fast-Growing Company Leases Space In North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A fast-growing logistics company has leased 15,000 square feet of industrial space in North Haven, realtors announced this week.

O,R&L Commercial announced in a news release that New York-based Speedx Xpress Inc. has leased 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 78 Rebeschi Drive in North Haven.

Rebeschi Drive is “high-bay light industrial space located in a 60,000± SF multi-tenanted building managed by Investment Capital Management,” according to the news release.

Samuel Crampton of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the landlord and also procured the new tenant, Speedx Xpress Inc. out of New Hyde Park, New York.

SpeedX is a “rapidly growing, technology-driven logistics company specializing in last-mile delivery solutions for retailers, e-commerce platforms, and direct-to-consumer brands,” according to the news release.

“Founded in 2022, the company has quickly expanded its nationwide footprint by combining advanced technology, operational flexibility, and innovative delivery networks to provide fast and reliable shipping solutions,” the news release states. “Through its proprietary technology platform, SpeedX helps businesses improve delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain visibility.”

The lease at 78 Rebeschi Drive in North Haven will support SpeedX’s “continued growth and expansion throughout the Northeast region,” according to the news release.

“Conveniently located in North Haven’s established industrial corridor with excellent access to Interstate I-91, Interstate I-95, and the greater New Haven market, this ideal new location will provide logistics and additional warehousing distribution for their company,” the news release states.
