Fitness Center To Close In North Haven, Owners Announce ‘Difficult Decision’

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Trax Training & Fitness will close its location in North Haven next month, the owners announced this week.

The owners shared the “difficult decision” in a post on Facebook and said the fitness center’s final day of operation will be Oct. 1 in North Haven.

Trax Training & Fitness is located at 510 Washington Avenue in North Haven.

“This decision was not made lightly,” the owners wrote in the post. “We are incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and relationships built over the years. Being part of your health and fitness journey has been a privilege, and we sincerely thank you for choosing Trax Training & Fitness.

“We understand this news may be disappointing and may raise questions regarding memberships, personal training packages, and next steps. Our team is committed to assisting you through this transition.”
