The Flats @ 520 Celebrates Its Official Opening with Ribbon Cutting

North Haven, CT - The Flats @ 520, North Haven's newest luxury apartment complex located at 520 Washington Avenue celebrated the official grand opening and ribbon cutting on June 15th.

First Selectman Michael Freda joined Frank Vigliotti and John Vigliotti of Vigliotti Construction/JFA Management for the celebration. Selectman Freda congratulated the Vigliotti family on an outstanding contribution to North Haven's housing community. "North Haven is proud to be the home of another Vigliotti complex," said Freda.

First Niagra's Vice-President of Commercial Real Estate, Al Clemente said “First Niagara has enjoyed a long and successful relationship with the Vigliotti family. The Flats @ 520 is a beautiful addition to the thriving community here. True to their form, the Vigliottis designed this complex to include all the sought after amenities today's renter looks for." First Niagra provided financing for the project.

Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Dee Prior-Nesti, executive members Gary Ciarleglio and Tom Curtin assisted in the ribbon cutting and presented the Vigliottis with a plaque to welcome them into the North Haven community.

A reception followed the ceremony.
