Former Client Harassed Financial Institution: North Haven Police
Police say the man didn't agree with "certain financial aspects" and sent several harassing letters to an employee at the business.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A man is accused of harassing an employee at a financial institution over disagreements from when he was a client with the business, according to North Haven police.
The business reported to police in May that they were being harassed by a former client. Detectives found that Paul Ciccarelli, previously of North Haven, had sent numerous harassing letters to an employee of the financial institution.
Police said Ciccarelli didn’t agree with “certain financial aspects” that were conducted while he was a client and had “become increasingly agitated during his correspondence with the business.”
