Green Acres Mart Fall Festival In North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — The first Green Acres Mart Fall Festival will be held this weekend in North Haven.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23 at the plaza at 1878 Hartford Turnpike in North Haven.

The stores in the Green Acres Mart are joining together to bring the town a new fall festival to look forward to each year, according to Crossroads. Coffee owner Montana Telman.

The event will be put on by Crossroads. coffee, Let’s Get It with Aja and the New Green Acres Package Store.

During the duration of the festival there will be activities for both children and adults ranging from relay races/scrimmages, all day craft and art vendors, character meet and greets, live music from Grand Cinematic out of West Hartford, Fall Beer Sampling (ages 21-and-up), trivia and more! crossroads. coffee will be providing a special event menu including house-made apple cider, pumpkin waffles, turkey chili, flatbreads, vegan/gluten-free apple crumble, and more!

Vendors include crochet work by A Stitch in Time Designs, art work from Kenneth Albert/Along the Spectrum Art, handcrafted jewelry from Peaceby Tay, candles from Life Wanderer Co., Rock on Goods, Thread by Thread Boutique and many more!

This festival looks to bring together the North Haven community and serve an area of town that is often forgotten because it isn’t near the main strip.
