Growing Company Leases Industrial Space In North Haven

The company has leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space in North Haven as "part of its continued growth and expansion," realtors said.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A New Haven-based food manufacturer has leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space in North Haven, realtors announced Wednesday.

O,R&L Commercial announced in a news release the completion of a recent industrial lease at 1 Corporate Drive in North Haven.

Harvest Beverage has leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space as “part of its continued growth and expansion,” according to the news release.

“The company manufactures fresh tasting HPP (High Pressure Processing) products for its inhouse brand, JUISI, as well as for several banners and other brands throughout the marketplace,” the news release states. “With more than 30 years combined manufacturing experience, along with culinary and chef-driven backgrounds, Harvest Beverage produces a diverse line of premium products ranging from cold-pressed juices to cold-milled smoothies and gazpachos.”

Sam Crampton represented the Landlord, Ezra Holdings, LLC and also procured the tenant in the transaction.

“North Haven continues to remain one of Connecticut’s most sought-after industrial markets due to its strategic location, strong highway accessibility and proximity to New Haven and its transportation infrastructure,” according to the news release.
