Homeowner Interrupts Burglary, Suspect Flees: North Haven Police
Police say a K-9 track for the suspect was unsuccessful early Friday morning and the investigation continues.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — North Haven Police are investigating a residential burglary that occurred on Standish Avenue early Friday morning.
The home was entered at about 6 a.m. by a suspect, described as a thin white male in his early 20s, clean shaven, wearing jeans and a dark hoodie, according to police.
The homeowner confronted the suspect, who fled through the area backyards. A K-9 track was unsuccessful, police said.

North Haven detectives were in the Standish / Shawmut Avenue area investigating the burglary around 10 a.m.
