Popular North Haven Banquet Facility Abruptly Cancels Weddings In June, July: Report
The popular banquet facility has canceled all weddings booked for June and July, according to a report.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — La Mirage in North Haven has canceled all weddings booked for June and July due to personal health issues and COVID-19 cases among staff members, according to WTNH News 8.
WTNH News 8 reported that a New Haven woman was notified by La Mirage that her wedding had been canceled at the venue just 11 days before the big day.
La Mirage, located at 111 Scrub Oak Road in North Haven, has hosted weddings and other special events for more than 60 years, according to its website.

The owner of La Mirage told WTNH that he is issuing refunds and isn’t sure what will happen for the events scheduled in August. He also said that he is also looking to lease or sell the building.
