Lauren Freedman Named to Prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate 30 Under 30 List

North Haven resident Lauren Freedman, 28, was named to the Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that Lauren Freedman, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Branford office, was named to the Coldwell Banker® 30 Under 30. This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the almost 85,000 Coldwell Banker professionals working in 47 countries around the world.

Freedman, 28, was honored for her sales accomplishments, community involvement and support of local charitable organizations. Freedman has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2010.

The Coldwell Banker organization will honor Freedman at its international Generation Blue Experience in Miami, Florida from Oct. 18-20.

A resident of North Haven, Freedman has been consistently recognized for her sales achievements. She was named to the 2016 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents, a national ranking report which identifies the most productive real estate professionals in each state. She most recently received the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Premier Award for her sales achievements in 2015. This distinguished honor is presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 Coldwell Banker®-affiliated sales associates worldwide.

Freedman is active in the community and supports charitable organizations, including the Goodwill Foundation, Trees of Hope at the Long Wharf Maritime Center in New Haven which benefits the Ronald McDonald House, and local animal shelters. She was also instrumental in establishing the Heather Diane Caraglio-Balcerzak Scholarship Fund.

Named one of New Haven’s Finest by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Freedman is involved in the organization’s fundraising campaign. Freedman is a member of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where she donates a portion of each commission check at home closing
