NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Robert Hartley, 76, who was reported missing from North Haven on Monday, April 25.
Hartley has brown hair and hazel eyes, according to police. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing.
