Man Burglarized Business In North Haven: Police
The man refused to pull over for a traffic stop and sped away from the area, according to police.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A New Haven man was arrested Monday in connection with the burglary of a car wash in North Haven in November, according to police.
North Haven detectives found the suspect vehicle shortly after the initial report of the burglary on Nov. 14, 2023, according to police.
Police said a motor vehicle stop was attempted, but the driver failed to comply and fled the area at a high rate of speed.

Following an investigation, police said 49-year-old Kenneth Riley was identified as the suspect and an arrest warrant was obtained.
Riley was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, operating a vehicle under suspension, disobeying signal of an officer, and theft of plates. He was held in lieu of a $7,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday morning.
