Man Burglarized Home In North Haven: Police

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A West Haven man is accused of burglarizing a home in North Haven last month, according to police.

A resident, who was on vacation, alerted North Haven police on July 3 that they saw through their Ring camera an unknown vehicle entered their driveway on Dixwell Avenue.

Arriving officers found that the home had been broken into, but the suspect wasn’t found at the time, according to police.

Police said detectives identified the suspect as David Connelly, 33, of West Haven.

Connelly was arrested Wednesday on a warrant and charged with third-degree burglary. He was held in lieu of a $21,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 24.
