Man Sold Tainted Heroin to Overdose Victim: North Haven Police

North Haven Police made an arrest in connection to a recent non-fatal heroin overdose case.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A North Haven man has been charged with selling tainted heroin to an overdose victim in a recent non-fatal case, according to police.

North Haven Police arrested Kelsey Yantosca, 28, in connection to the May 29 incident in which paramedics responded to a Rimmon Road address for a report of an unconscious 29-year-old man.

CPR was administered and the man was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Investigators revealed Yantosca sold the tainted Heroin to the overdose victim, police said in a press release.

Yantosca was arrested on July 25 and charged with sale and illegal possession of heroin.
