Man Stole $2K From North Haven Business: Police

The man was arrested on a warrant, police said.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Waterbury man is accused of stealing $2,000 from a North Haven business earlier this year, according to police. North Haven Police were contacted by FGO Logistics, who believed an internal theft had occurred, on Jan. 21, according to police. FGO Logistics is a delivery and distribution business.

Cesare Carrasco Matos, 25, of Waterbury, was identified as a suspect and arrested following an investigation. He was taken into custody on a warrant Wednesday, April 10, and charged with fourth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on April 25.
