Man Stole $9K From Victim’s Bank Account: North Haven Police

Police are asking for help with identifying a man they say fraudulently withdrew $9,000 from a victim's bank account.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Police are asking for help with identifying a man accused of stealing $9,000 from a victim’s bank account at KeyBank on Washington Avenue in North Haven.

Police say the man, pictured, fraudulently withdrew $9,000 from the victim’s bank account at 12:47 p.m. on Oct. 16. The man provided a fake ID card posing to be the account owner, according to police.
