Man Stole Vehicle Out Of Driveway: North Haven Police

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A New Haven man is accused of stealing a vehicle out of a driveway in North Haven this past summer, according to police.

John Ratliff, 24, was arrested Thursday on a warrant and charged with second-degree larceny.

Police said the arrest stems from a June 2016 vehicle theft from a Skiff Street driveway. Shortly after the theft, detectives recovered the stolen vehicle and processed it for physical evidence which led them to identifying Ratliff as suspect, according to police.

Ratliff was held on a $10,000 bond and is awaiting arraignment.
