Neighbor Dispute Leads To Arrest: North Haven Police

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A North Haven woman has been arrested in connection with an ongoing neighbor dispute that has escalated to criminal charges, according to police.

Kathleen Thibault, 60, was arrested on a warrant Jan. 21 and charged with second-degree harassment, intimidation of witness and disorderly conduct. She was held on a $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear at Meriden Superior Court on Wednesday morning.

Police said Thibault has been involved in an ongoing neighbor dispute that escalated to criminal charges.
