New Dog Grooming Salon Coming To North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A dog-grooming salon is coming soon to North Haven after signing a lease for a property on Washington Avenue. A five-year lease for 311 Washington Avenue has been completed by Phil Barber of the Pearce Commercial North Haven office, Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced in a press release.

“The tenant will be Pawsome Pets, a dog grooming salon, which signed a 5-year lease for the property,” Pearce wrote in the press release. “They are very happy with the convenient location, easy access to all highways, and plenty of off-street parking. They plan to open in mid-July.”

Barber, senior broker, represented the landlord, Luigi Ferraro. Gena Loughery represented the tenant, Pawsome Pets.
