New Luxury Apartments Going Up in North Haven

First Niagara Financial Group (Nasdaq: FNFG) and 91 Leffingwell Ave LLC of Branford, are pleased to announce that the first phase of construction of The Flats @ 520, a luxury apartment complex in North Haven, was recently completed.

First Niagara’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided $15MM in financing for the construction of the complex, which is located just off of Route 5 (Washington Avenue).

The Flats @ 520 will consist of three buildings situated on a private lot at 520 Washington Avenue. One of the buildings is equipped with an elevator. The studio, one and two bedroom apartments range from 615 to 1,128 square feet and will feature a high-end design that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and private balconies. Each unit is heated with high efficiency natural gas and comes with insulated windows and doors. Residents will have access to a meeting room, fitness center, common laundry facility and a large parking lot designed for fast and efficient snow removal. Additionally, a 2,300 square foot retail space will be located on the first floor of one of the buildings.
