NORTH HAVEN, CT — A West Haven resident is $200,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven earlier week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 11, Joffie Foreman III, of West Haven, purchased a Stacks of Cash ticket at the Krauszer's Food Stores in North Haven and won $200,000.
