The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

Balancing of commercial and residential development

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

As a member of the Planning and Zoning Board, I will strongly advocate for maintaining the high values of our residential properties while encouraging the highest and best use of our available land and buildings to continue to increase our grand list.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

As a 50-year resident of North Haven, I've been involved in many aspects of our town and served on several committees and commissions and volunteered for a number of civic activities. I've been a member of the Planning and Zoning Board for over 4 years and have worked with many developers and helped to overcome many challenges.

The best advice ever shared with me was ...

...to listen to what all the parties have to say, before I make a decision.

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I would like them to know that I take this job very seriously and that I have a moral obligation to do the best I can for the people of North Haven.
