North Haven Girls Indoor Track Breaks 4 x 200 Record
Great performance by the Girls Indoor Track Team
A huge shout out to the North Haven Girls Indoor Track team who were outstanding at the SCC Indoor West Sectional Meet yesterday at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven.The 4 x 200 team that is made up of Giselle Zumerchik, Camille Sahirul, Sammy Curcio and Erica Marriott broke the school record with a time of 1:50.60. Marriott would also place 1st in the long jump with a distance of 17-10.75.
The Sprint Medley (SMR) team of Giselle Zumerchik, Sammy Curcio, Grace Finch and Lorelei King place 3rd for 6 team points.
In Shot Put Courtney McFarland came in third with a throw of 29-02.25 and Freshman Emily Cocco placed 4th overall with a (PR) throw of 27-05.00.

Captain Katie Rogers placed 4th in the high jump with a jump of 4-6.00 and hurdler Liz Devaux qualified for finals with a time of 10.47.
