North Haven Inauguration Ceremony Set For Nov. 27
The public is invited to attend the ceremony.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — North Haven’s inauguration ceremony for all newly elected officials and members of the town’s boards and commissions will take place on Monday, Nov. 27. In accordance with Town Charter these elected officials will hold office as representatives of both the majority and minority parties beginning Dec. 1, 2017.
The ceremony is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be held at North Haven High School. The public is welcome to attend at no charge and advised to arrive early as seating is limited in the theatre.
Michael J. Freda will be sworn in for his fifth term as the Town’s Chief Elected Official, along with William J. Pieper as Second Selectman. In the third selectman seat, Sally J. Buemi will be sworn in for her third term. Additionally, the recently re-elected Town Clerk/Tax Collector, J. Stacey Yarbrough and Town Treasurer, Laurie-Jean Hannon will also take oath along with the newly elected members of the Board of Finance, Board of Education, Board of Assessment Appeals, Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Police Commission, Fire Commission and Constables will also be sworn into office during the ceremony.
