Personal growth is something that is near and dear to the team at BWC, and to Bradanini in particular. So when it comes to community involvement, he naturally gravitates toward opportunities to serve as a mentor to help foster individuality and entrepreneurial spirit. He is particularly drawn to initiatives that strive to develop our future leaders.

He is actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club in their efforts to provide a safe place to learn and grow—all while having fun.

As Bradanini describes it, “It’s a place where many bright futures begin to take shape each and every day.”

During the summer he also serves as a mentor to high school interns through the All Stars Project, a program designed to transform the lives of underprivileged youth within the local community by providing educational summer employment opportunities under the close supervision of caring adults.

Bradanini is a 2004 graduate of North Haven High School, where he played baseball and football. He went on to play baseball at Sacred Heart University where he also earned an MBA in marketing in 2011 (bachelors in 2009).
