North Haven Store Fined For Selling E-Cigarette Products To Minor
The business was fined by the FDA following an investigation, according to a report.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A North Haven business was issued a $570 civil penalty by the Federal Food and Drug Administration for selling e-cigarette products to a minor, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports the Jaffa Mini Mart at the Sunoco gas station, located at 23 Universal Drive, was cited for selling the products to a minor in March after previously receiving a warning in July 2018.
