North Haven Woman Arrested On Gun, Drug Charges: Hamden Police
The woman was found in the possession of a loaded gun that had been reported stolen out of West Haven and heroin, according to police.
HAMDEN, CT — A North Haven woman was arrested after she was found with a loaded gun that had been reported stolen and numerous bags of heroin early Sunday morning in Hamden, according to police.
Police responded to the 600 block of Fitch Street around 6:30 a.m. on the report of a woman with a gun sitting outside an apartment complex, according to Detective Sean J. Dolan.
Officers Michael Vivenzio and Enrique Rivera-Rodriguez quickly responded and found the woman, who was later identified as Francesca Pisano, according to Dolan.

Dolan said the officers found a loaded gun in her possession, along with numerous bags of suspected heroin packaged for sale. The gun was reported stolen out of West Haven, according to Dolan.
Pisano, 28, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, theft of a firearm, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and second-degree breach of peace. She was held in lieu of a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 15.
