North Haven: Your 2014 Midterm Election Results
Here's how North Haven voted in Tuesday's election.

The results are in and while Gov. Dannel P. Malloy won reelection (officially on Wednesday), the majority of North Haven voters cast their ballots in favor of challenger Tom Foley.
In North Haven, Foley received 4,923 votes to Malloy’s 4,363.
In the Third U.S. Congressional District, Rosa DeLauro claimed her 13th term with a victory over Republican James E. Brown. In North Haven, DeLauro won the vote 5,597 to 3,595.

In the 11th District State Senate race, Democratic incumbent Martin Looney ran unopposed and received 725 North Haven votes.
In the 34th State Senate District, Republican Len Fasano received 6,328 North Haven votes.

In the 87th District in the State House of Representatives, incumbent Republican David Yaccarino defeated Democrat Alden Mead 6,569 to 2,523.
While the state constitutional amendment question appeared to have failed (final numbers weren’t in as of Wednesday night), voters in North Haven voted in favor of it by a 3,531 to 3,191 vote.
