North Haven's Latest Forecast Features Plenty of Rain and Cold Temps
If you want to see the sun enjoy today as you'll have to wait awhile before you see it again.

Even though it’s the Monday following a holiday weekend, weather-wise we’d like this day to last a long time because once the clock strikes midnight, the rain comes and it’s not expected to really go away until Sunday.
If you can, really enjoy today (it is Opening Day for baseball after all!) as it will be sunny with a high near 60 degrees, and by midnight rain is forecast with rain on Tuesday, more rain on Wednesday, and showers on Friday and Saturday.
Thursday appears to be dry, but it will be cloudy with a high of just 45 degrees. Wednesday will be downright miserable with rain and temps barely in the low 40s.

NBC Connecticut Meteorologist Darren Sweeney writes on his blog, “Many people are wondering, where the heck is spring? Temps have been below normal for weeks. As we head into next week the average high temperature is supposed to be 56 or 57 degrees. We’ll spend a few days in the 40s!
“First things first: This week will feature several rain chances, along with cold high pressure to our north funneling in cold air. That means temps will struggle through the 40s through mid-week.”
In the rest of his blog post he writes the 60s are possible next week.
WTNH News 8 Meteorologist Gil Simmons writes on social media, “Ugly weather & temps next few days.”
