A dedicated sports fan, he cheered passionately for the Yankees, Giants football, and UConn women’s basketball. He had a soft spot for the thrill of the casino and cherished his 25 memorable trips to Disney.

An avid fan of classic cinema, he particularly enjoyed watching old westerns on the TCM channel, especially films starring John Wayne. His playful nature shone through during family game nights, always eager for a round of UNO – and occasionally attempting a cheeky cheat.
