Obituary: Deborah J. Augur, 62, Of North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — (From North Haven Funeral Home): Deborah J. Thomas Augur, 62, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at MidState Medical Center, Meriden. She was the beloved wife of Mark Augur.

Deborah was born in New Haven on February 28, 1960 and was the daughter of the late James Thomas Sr. and Ruth Thomas Nycek and step-daughter of Barbara Thomas.

She had worked for Rite Aid in North Haven for 10 years and later as a baker for BJ’s Wholesale Club. Deborah enjoyed art, gardening, Harry Potter and baking.

Mother of Melissa LeClair (Louis Fernandes), Brian Augur and Emily Ann Augur. Grandmother of Bethany and Andrew LeClair. Sister of Karen Thomas, Michael Thomas, Jim Thomas, half-brother Scott Thomas and the late Gina Thomas.
