Obituary: James J. Lianos, 74, Of North Haven
A U.S. Navy veteran, he worked for Covidien for many years and was the owner/operator of the Tick Tock Clock Shop in North Haven.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — (From North Haven Funeral Home): James J. Lianos, 74, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 10th, 2023 at Yale New Haven Hospital with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of 46 years to Linda Tokarczyk Lianos.
James was born in New Haven on June 12, 1948 and was the son of the late George and Eleanor McCluskey Lianos. He served his country faithfully in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam era.
James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Central Connecticut State University and had worked for Covidien for many years until his retirement.

James was the owner/operator of the Tick Tock Clock Shop, North Haven. He was an avid reader, a New York Giants fan and enjoyed working on clocks.
Father of Michael J. Lianos (Kerry) and Kristie Kohlhepp (Jared). Grandfather of Reagan, Quinn and Paige Lianos, Connor, Chloe and Caroline Kohlhepp. Brother of Joann Slocombe (Grady), Thomas Lianos, Jacqueline Smith and Richard Lianos (Jacqueline). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
