Obituary: Lorraine G. Sharron Traub, 57, of North Haven

Lorraine G. Sharron Traub, 57, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford. She was the beloved wife of 27 years to Karl D. Traub, Sr.

Lorraine was born in New Haven on December 30, 1959; daughter of the late Donald and Carmel Esposito Sharron; had worked in the Commercial Insurance Industry; enjoyed gardening, crafts and her dogs. Mother of Karl D. Traub, Jr. Sister of Donald R. Sharron, Jr. (Maria), Patrick A. Sharron (Deborah) and Kathleen A. Vitale (Louis). Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue Thursday morning at 9:15. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in the Church of the Resurrection, Wallingford at 10:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
