Mark Zoni, 69, of Hamden passed away on March 17, 2026 surrounded by his family in Yale New Haven Hospital. Brother of Louise Calabria of North Haven, Frank P. Jr., Joseph, Peter, Thomas and Robert Zoni all of Hamden and the late Mary and Michael Zoni. Mark is also survived by seven nieces and nephews. Mark was born in New Haven on November 14, 1956 son of the late Frank P. and Marion Chappell Zoni Sr. Before retiring, he worked as a machinist with ASSA ABLOY. The Zoni family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the physicians and nursing staff of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit 6-1 South Pavilion, with special appreciation extended to John and Melissa.
His funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80), East Haven MONDAY morning, March 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Michael McGivney Parish in St. Stanislaus Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
