Obituary: William D. Pesticci Jr., (Billy), 57, Of North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — (From North Haven Funeral Home): William D. Pesticci Jr., (Billy), 57, of North Haven, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 1, 2022, at Yale New Haven Hospital with his family by his side. He was born in New Haven on September 6, 1964 and was the son of the late William D. Pesticci Sr. and Judith Franco Arjavich.

Billy had worked as an over the road truck driver for Upstaging where he transported band equipment for many headline bands such as Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, The Eagles and Rolling Stones just to name a few. He later worked for Sherwood Trucking for many years.

Billy was a member of the Teamsters Local #89. He enjoyed motorcycles, music, and playing the drums. William was an avid fan of the Los Angeles Rams.

Brother of Frank (Debbie) Pesticci and Audra (Kenneth) Kaminsky. Uncle of Joseph Pesticci, Angela (Kasper) Mikunda, Kenneth Kaminsky Jr., and Kaitlyn Kaminsky. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
