Police Charge North Haven Man with Overnight Burglary
A laptop computer, electronics, and the contents of the cash register were stolen from a North Haven business.

North Haven Police have charged a town man with an overnight burglary of a Middletown Avenue business last month.
Police responded to the business on Sept. 17 and the owner reported a burglary had occurred overnight.
The owner arrived at 7 a.m. to find several of the business’ doors open and missing items.

After an inventory, it was learned a laptop computer, electronics, and the contents of the cash register were missing, according to police.
Detectives identified a suspect and were able to obtain an arrest warrant.

John Cucurello, 26, was taken into police custody on Sunday, Oct. 11. He was charged with burglary and larceny. He was held on a $5,000 court-set bond.
Cucurello was scheduled to be arraigned in Meriden Superior Court on Tuesday morning.
