Police Warn Residents Of Scam In North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — North Haven Police are warning residents of a message that is being sent to the town’s business community. The message seeks donations for the North Haven K-9 units.

“This is not an authorized solicitation by the North Haven Police Department,” police said in a post on Facebook. “Please do not respond to this individual. We are investigating the origin of the message.”

We just started our annual proficiency benefit, Once a year we send our North Haven PD K9 units to the Work Dog Association for training, certifications, new equipment, and much needed protective gear! Please call / email with any questions and or contributions!
