Popular Breakfast Place Re-Opening In North Haven
The business was temporarily closed and is opening under new ownership.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A well-known Branford and North Haven breakfast location is changing its name – but staying in business
Scotty’s Breakfast Connections, which has been in downtown Branford for close to two decades at 1188 Main Street, will be changing its name to Breakfast Connections of Branford.

Lori Vincent operates the Branford restaurant, which has won several “Best” restaurant designations during its years in operation.
She will be opening a Breakfast Connections of North Haven along with her partner, Richard Gambardella, at 344 Washington Avenue.

Gambardella said the North Haven location will be open “within the next week to 10 days."
Of the North Haven location, Gambardella said: “We’ve done a complete makeover of the whole place from top to bottom.”
The North Haven location actually has been closed for close to a month, as it was seized for non-payment of rent on Jan. 21.
Gambardella said he wanted to make it clear that neither he nor Vincent were the owners of the North Haven location – until now.
