Renovations Reportedly Slated For North Haven Shopping Center
The shopping plaza was built more than 60 years ago.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — The 60-plus year old North Haven Shopping Center on Washington Avenue is slated to be renovated, following its recent purchase by Cheshire developer Joseph Mourizzi, reports the New Haven Register.
Among the improvements, all of the storefronts will receive new facades, new landscaping will be planted and the parking lot will be repaired.
Some of the shopping plaza's stores have sat vacant in recent years, but the hope is that the updates will help improve the vacancy rates.
