Road Closures Announced In North Haven
Police are advising motorists of several road closures that will be in effect for a road race in North Haven on Sunday, Nov. 10.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — Police are advising motorists of several road closures that will be in effect for the North Haven Rotary/Tessa Marie Memorial 5K that will take place Sunday, Nov. 10, starting at 9:30 a.m.
The following roads will be closed starting at 9:15 a.m. and will reopen at the conclusion of the race:
- Bailey Road between Standish Avenue and Maple Avenue
- Pool Road between Maple Avenue and South Avenue
- Tennyson Avenue between Pool Road and Virginia Road
- Virginia Road between South Avenue and Tennyson Avenue
Police or fire personnel will be stationed at all closures to direct traffic.

“Please drive slowly and watch out for all race participants,” police said in a post on Facebook.
