Common Sense Fitness has a few openings in its Safe-Fit self defense and conditioning classes. They are held on Monday and Wedenesday from 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm. It is an intense class of strength and conditioning combined with reality based self defense and fighting techniques. Call Stephen Stern at 203-530-1811 for more information. You can also start up your own small group class of up to 4 people. This is a great way to train with your family or friends and save money too!
