Spirit Zone Open House - September 7th!

Spirit Zone in Hamden will be hosting its annual Open House on Sunday, September 7th from 12-3pm!

Come see Connecticut’s premier all star program and all 2014-2015 teams as they tune up for the upcoming competition season. There will be facility tours, tumbling and gymnastics class demonstrations, dance clinics, staff meet and greets, prizes and more! Also, if you register for a class that day, you will receive 20% off when paid in full.

Starting at 12pm there will be an open dance session with Coach Kelley May. Come learn basic hip hop techniques while having a great time tearin’ up the dance floor. More information on our competitive dance teams will be available.

Also at 12pm, any athlete age 5-14 who may be interested in joining the all-star cheerleading world can come work with our staff as well as our Twinkles and Amber team members and learn beginner jumps, tumbling and stunting skills!

Senior age athletes of all levels (1-5) can come experience a practice with the Spirit athletes of Sapphires, Emeralds and Lady Kryptonite beginning at 1pm. Come train with and see what makes these teams the national powerhouses they are!

Finally at 2pm all high school seniors, college and “retired” athletes can come join our open-coed and all girl level 6 teams in a practice training the most elite level. Everyone is welcome to come watch the practice of our world renowned open teams!

With world-renowned coaching and dedicated athletes, CT Spirit All-Stars rosters nationally competitive teams out of two Connecticut-based locations in Hamden and Greenwich. Teams start at beginner levels (ages 3+) and train up through teams ages 17+, dominating in tumbling and cheerleading skills. Any interested athlete is encouraged to contact the gym and schedule a private tryout!
