Suspects Buy $7.8K In Items With Stolen Card: North Haven Police

Police are asking for help with identifying the suspects. The credit card was stolen from the owner's vehicle at a local fitness center.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Police are asking for help with identifying several suspects after more than $7,800 worth of items were charged to a stolen credit card. Police said the suspects (pictured) made the purchases on April 18 with a credit card that was stolen from the owner’s vehicle while at a local fitness/rehabilitation center in North Haven.

The suspects successfully charged more than $7,800 combined at the New Haven Apple store, North Haven Target and North Haven T.J. Maxx, according to police.

“Additional attempts for over $10,000 worth of merchandise later in the day at other locations in North Haven and New Haven, were declined,” police said.
