Teens Arrested In Connection With Carjacking: North Haven Police

Police in North Haven say they have arrested two teenagers in connection with a robbery and carjacking.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Police in North Haven say they have arrested two teenagers in connection with a robbery and carjacking.

A woman reported that three males in their late teens or early 20s had stolen her vehicle at gunpoint from a Washington Avenue gas station on Saturday at 2:45 p.m., police said.

Officers found the stolen vehicle in Fairfield on Sunday after the driver did not stop for a Fairfield police officer. North Haven police said the driver of the vehicle crashed into another vehicle while they were trying to get onto the highway.

Police arrested a 13-year-old and a 16-year-old on larceny and several other charges, according to a Facebook post from the NHPD. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
