NORTH HAVEN, CT — North Haven Police are advising motorists that the traffic control signal at the intersection of Sackett Point Road and Universal Drive is on flash. Police said the signal may be on flash until Tuesday. "If you plan to travel in this area, please expect delays," police said. "Officers will be at the intersection to assist with traffic, but if you can avoid the area, please do so."
